Franklin Oasis RV Park in Franklin, TX, offers 14 full-hookup RV sites with 20, 30, and 50-amp service and room for rigs up to 60 feet. Sites come as back-ins and pull-thrus, each carrying water, sewer, electric, and cable TV with site-delivered WiFi, a fire pit, and a picnic table. That's a complete hookup package for a 14-site park, and every site takes all three amp services. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, and a pavilion cover the rest. Pets are welcome, with a dog park. There's no recreation program on the grounds, but the location is practical in a way that matters on a travel day: within 1.5 miles there are six food options, four convenience stores, two dollar stores, and a supermarket. The Ranch Baseball Complex is four miles out and Franklin Safari three. Franklin sits on US Highway 79 in Robertson County, in the Post Oak Savanna between Waco and Bryan. Rates and availability are on the booking page. Tournament weekends at the baseball complex fill the park, so reserve ahead for those.

Check-In Procedure - Come to the office and we will direct you to your site. - Check-In: 1 pm - 5 pm - Check-Out: 12 pm (noon) - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Vehicle Repairs Prohibited - Working on vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited. Pet Policy - No aggressive pets will be allowed in the Park. - Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. - You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly. Monthly Reservations Usage - The monthly rate includes 500 kilowatts. Any usage beyond that will incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days before check-in. 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable.
