Angleton RV Park & Resort

2 RV Sites
At 799 County Road 44 off Highway 288 in Angleton, Texas—in Brazoria County on the coastal plain of the Texas Gulf Coast where the Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge's 52,000 acres of coastal prairie, freshwater marsh, and salt marsh, the Brazos River's lower valley, and the Gulf of Mexico's beach and bay system from Freeport to San Luis Pass create one of the most biologically productive coastal environments on the Gulf Coast—Angleton RV Park & Resort provides full hookup sites with 30 and 50-amp service on level pads, fiber high-speed WiFi, laundry, a dog park, a playground, onsite management, 24-hour security with camera surveillance, one-way entry control, and RV and boat storage in the Highway 288 corridor campground that the Angleton, Lake Jackson, Freeport, and greater Brazoria County recreation market positions as the primary full-hookup campground serving the Houston-to-Gulf-Coast transit corridor. The fiber WiFi, the 24-hour onsite management with security cameras, and the boat storage capacity define what differentiates Angleton RV Park from the generic Brazoria County hookup stop.
Full hookup sites with 30 and 50-amp electric, water, and sewer connections with level pads serve the RV camping market on the Angleton property. Fiber high-speed internet provides the connectivity quality that the Highway 288 business traveler, remote worker, and extended-stay work-camp population increasingly treat as a non-negotiable amenity. A dog park provides the off-leash exercise for traveling pets. A children's playground serves the family market. Laundry facilities serve the extended-stay practical requirements. Onsite management with 24-hour presence, security camera coverage throughout the property, and a one-way in-and-out entrance configuration provide the security infrastructure that the campground's proximity to the Houston-to-Gulf-Coast corridor's high-traffic commercial environment justifies. RV storage and boat storage on-property serve the Brazoria County boating population who store trailers between fishing and recreational outings at the Gulf-accessible launches.
Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge—accessible within minutes from Angleton—provides 52,000 acres of coastal prairie, freshwater impoundments, and salt marsh that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service manages as a critical migratory waterfowl staging area on the Central Flyway. The refuge's concentration of wintering snow geese, sandhill cranes, Whooping Cranes during migration, and the shorebird diversity of the coastal mudflats creates the birding destination that the Texas coast's position on the Central Flyway makes accessible to the Angleton campground base.
Sea Center Texas—in Lake Jackson, 15 minutes south—is the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department's marine fish hatchery and aquarium facility open to public visitation, producing the red drum, spotted seatrout, and flounder fingerlings that the Texas coastal fish-stocking program plants in the Intracoastal Waterway and Gulf bays annually. The aquarium's touch tanks, large game fish exhibits, and the hatchery tour provide the educational coastal nature experience that the Brazoria County coastal environment makes thematically appropriate.
Angleton RV Park & Resort is open year-round. The coastal Texas fishing seasons—particularly the red drum spawning migration in the fall and the flounder run in October and November—drive the highest fishing-related campground demand through the Brazoria County corridor. Reserve early for fall fishing season, store the boat on-property, and let Highway 288's direct Brazoria County coastal access earn the Texas Gulf Coast campground experience that the Angleton corridor places between Houston and the beach in the specific geography that separates the urban from the coastal.
