Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - RV site check-in is 1 PM. - Checkout is 12:00 PM (No refund for early departures). - RV Park winter and summer rates based on double occupancy. - Cabin checkout is 11:00 am (No refund for early departures). - At least one guest in cabins must be 21 years old or older. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Rates and Charges - Rates are subject to river district fees. - There are extra charges for additional people. Prohibited Activity - No smoking. - Signs of smoking will result in a minimum $200.00 cleaning fee. - Any losses or damages to Resort property will be charged to the credit card on file. - Failure to comply with Resort policies will result in eviction without a refund. Cabin Maximum Occupancy - 1 BR efficiency – up to 4 people. - 1 BR cabin – Up to 5 people. (Extra fee for 5th person) - 2 BR cabin – Up to 5 people. (Extra fee for 5th person) - 2-story cabins – Up to 8 people. (extra fee for ninth person) - 2-night minimum stay in reservations/booking. Pergola Rentals - Rent our beautiful pergola for your next event. - Please note that guests are required to bring their own equipment. - Pricing for extra individuals and pets: additional monthly occupants 18 years and older $100 per month (Background Required), occupants 7-17 years old $15 per month, 6 and under free. Resort Safety - For the safety of our guests and their children, a 5mph speed limit is strictly enforced. - Please do not park or drive on the grass. - We ask that you do not leave children unattended. - Resort property has rough and uneven terrain – please watch your step. Keep Texas Beautiful - To preserve the beauty of our facilities, please keep your area tidy. - Do not throw cigarette butts, charcoal, or ashes on the ground. - Pick up all trash before departure. Quiet Hours - They are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. - Loud noises, profane music, and vulgar language are prohibited at all times. - Fireworks and firearms are prohibited. Pet Policy Dogs - Nightly stays - $5 per dog per night. - Monthly stays - $10 per month per dog. - Add this in reservation/booking. Breed Restrictions - No weight limit, max of 2 dogs per site. - All dogs must be registered with the office. - Restriction on certain breeds such as Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepard. Rules for Pets Within the Park - You are responsible for the actions of your pet. - Owners are required to sign a waiver at check-in. - Any losses or damages to Resort property will result in a minimum $200 charge to the credit card on file. - Non-aggressive breeds only. - If your pet demonstrates aggressive or disruptive behavior (such as excessive barking), we may ask you to leave the park without a refund. - All vaccinations must be up to date. - Children may not walk the dog(s) without a parent present. - Your pet must be on a leash at all times while outside. - Do not leave your pet unattended. - Pets are not allowed in buildings or swimming pool areas. - Pick up after your pets. Cabins - $50 Non-refundable cleaning fee. - No more than two dogs per cabin. RV Park - Nightly/Weekly: $5 per pet. - Monthly: $15 per pet.
