What are the check-in and check-out times? - For RV Sites, check-in time is at 2:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. - If you're staying in a vacation rental, please note that check-in time is at 3:00 PM, with check-out also scheduled for 11:00 AM. - These times allow for efficient turnover and ensure a smooth experience for all guests. How do I use a User Credit? - User Credit is valid for one year at the resort where the credit was issued. - You will need to call the office to make a reservation. Are you near any beaches? - We actually feature our own private bayfront beach right here on-site, but we’re also a short drive away from Rehoboth Beach, Lewes, Dewey Beach, and Bethany Beach along the Atlantic Ocean. How many guests are covered in your base fee? - Our base RV and tent camping fee covers two adults and up to five children 17 and under. - Each additional adult is $12 per day, with a maximum of seven guests per campsite on the resort. - The base fee for our beach cottages covers seven guests. Are boats allowed on-site? - Motorized watercraft are not permitted to launch from the boat launch on the property at Massey's Landing. - Motorized boats must be launched from the nearby public boat ramp. - Motorized watercraft are permitted to come into the lagoons. - Only non-motorized crafts may be launched from our boat launch. - Guests are not permitted to move their watercraft (this includes kayaks) in the water at their sites. - They can keep them at their site or in overflow, but they must use the boat launch area to launch. - They can also dock at the pier, but not overnight. - Kayakers, canoers, and paddleboarders are more than welcome to try out our peaceful waters.
