Jellystone Park Delaware Beaches in Lincoln offers 137 full-hookup RV sites, 63 cabins, five tent sites, and six glamping sites minutes from Rehoboth, with 20, 30, and 50-amp service and rigs accepted to 50 feet. Preferred, deluxe, and perimeter back-in categories join pull-through tiers, alongside a splash pad, laser tag, jumping pillow, and arcade.
One hundred thirty-seven sites span back-in, deluxe back-in, deluxe pull-thru, perimeter back-in, preferred back-in, and pull-thru categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric with site WiFi, sized to 50 feet, with fire pits, picnic tables, and BBQ pits. The perimeter category gives more space at the edge of the property. Sixty-three cabins, five tent sites, and six glamping sites round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, restrooms, and showers handle the practical side.
A splash pad and outdoor pool anchor the summer, with laser tag, a jumping pillow, arcade, gem mining, gaga ball, sports courts, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a recreation center, golf cart rentals, playground, pavilion, and dog park filling the rest. Picnicking rounds it out. Pets are welcome.
Lincoln sits on the Delaware coastal plain minutes from Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, and Lewes — the Mid-Atlantic's most accessible summer resort corridor, with Rehoboth's mile-long boardwalk of games, shops, and restaurants at the center of it. Delaware has no sales tax, which makes the outlet shopping genuinely worthwhile.

Campground Cancellation Policy
RV Site Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations 30 days or more before arrival are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled seven days or less will forfeit the first night’s site fee.
- All other deposits above these cancellation fees will be refunded.
Cabin Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations 30 days or more before arrival are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
- Reservations cancelled 30 days or less will forfeit the first night’s site fee.
- All other deposits above these cancellation fees will be refunded.
Cancellation Modification
- In general, if you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the campsite's cancellation policy that applies to your reservation.
- Any additional service fee charged to you by the campsite may be refunded pursuant to the cancellation policy presented in the applicable listing.
- Both you and each campsite are responsible for any modifications made to your reservation, and you agree to pay any applicable fees related to such reservation modification.
Booking Fee Changed
- The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your campsite reservation within 24 hours of booking.
- After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your campsite reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation.
- Please note that the booking fee is not partially refundable.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
