Why are the Lehmans back? - As time passed, Randy, Janet, Brendon, Alan, and Maria realized they weren’t done creating lasting memories at Hickory Hill. - This place has had such a lasting impact on us all and we are so grateful for the opportunity to once again share Hickory Hill as a home for families to play, relax, and connect—with yourselves, with one another, and with nature. Are pets welcome at Hickory Hill? - Absolutely! - For your convenience, we have doggie pots located throughout the park in addition to a fenced-in play area for your cuddly companions to enjoy Hickory Hill as much as we do! We ask all pets be on a leash at all times. What is your cancellation policy? - Cancellations can only be made by calling 607-776-4345 - For campsites cancelled two weeks or more prior to the arrival date, a $25.00 fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded. - Cancellations less than 2 weeks but more than one week before the arrival date, a fee of $50.00 will be charged and the balance will be refunded. - Cancellations less than one week prior to the arrival date, no refunds will be issued. - For rental units cancelled two weeks or more prior to the arrival date, a $50.00 fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded. - Cancellations less than 2 weeks but more than one week before the arrival date, a fee of $75.00 will be charged and the balance will be refunded. - Cancellations less than one week prior to the arrival date, no refunds will be issued. What is your deposit requirement? - All reservations require 1 1-night deposit. - Holidays require 3 nights minimum deposit. How many people are included in each reservation? - Reservations include two adults and four children (for camping sites). - Rental units include the number of guests the rental can accommodate - Additional guests can be added to a reservation for $10/adult and $0/children. - Please note tents are not allowed outside rental units or RVs. Can I bring my own golf cart? - Yes! - We do allow you to bring your own golf cart, however you must provide proof of insurance upon check-in and abide by the resort driving regulations. - We also have 15 golf carts available to rent for $50/day. What sort of amenities does the park offer? - Hickory Hill Camping Resort is proud to offer a magnificent splash park, two swimming pools, 18 hole putt putt, a 30x50 foot jumping pillow, two full sized playgrounds, an activity hall, pavilion, full kitchen (for events), fully stocked store for souvenirs and maintenance items, hiking trails, close proximity to the beautiful Keuka Lake region and much much more! What items are included with the rental units? - Each lodge, cottage, and cabin has a full bathroom which includes a toilet, sink, and standing shower. - The lodges and cottages offer a full kitchen stocked with basic cookware. - Linens, pillows, and towels are not included in any rental unit and we require you to bring your own bedding and towels. - Hand soap is included along with shampoo and conditioner. Toilet paper is provided. When are the pools & splash park open? - Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. - 7 days per week | Monday - Sunday | 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. - No lifeguard on-duty. - No adult-only swim. When is the jumping pillow open? - 7 days per week | Monday - Sunday | During Store hours - Weather permitting. When can I play mini golf? - The mini golf course is open for play whenever the store is open. - Please refer to store hours for exact times. - Store hours fluctuate throughout the season.
