92 RV Sites

Settlers Point Luxury RV Resort in Washington, Utah, brings resort-level amenity infrastructure to the gateway corridor of Washington County's red rock country — a 91-site full-hookup resort just off I-15 in the St. George area that gives guests comfortable and comprehensively equipped accommodations at the center of one of the most recreation-dense concentrations of public land in the American Southwest. Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, Sand Hollow State Park, and the Virgin River canyon landscape that surrounds the entire Washington County area are all within practical day-trip range, and Settlers Point's pool, hot tub, pickleball courts, putting green, clubhouse, playground, and dog park deliver the resort experience that makes returning to camp at the end of a long hiking day feel like returning to a destination in its own right. Ninety-one spacious RV sites with full hookup infrastructure and modern amenity access give guests the comprehensive resort experience in a southern Utah setting where the dramatic desert landscape provides the external programming and the resort's amenities provide the recovery and social infrastructure between outdoor days. The resort-style pool and hot tub handle the physical recovery from Zion hiking days, cornhole and pickleball provide the afternoon recreational bridge between park excursions and evening camp time, and the clubhouse serves the social gathering function for extended-stay guests whose multi-week Washington County itineraries create genuine resort community. The dog park serves pet-owning guests, making Settlers Point one of the more comprehensively pet-inclusive resort options in the St. George corridor. Pets are welcome throughout. Zion National Park, 45 minutes northeast of Washington, is one of the five most visited National Parks in the United States — a canyon landscape of Navajo sandstone monoliths, The Narrows slot canyon, Angels Landing's chain-assisted ridge walk, and the Kolob Terrace's isolated mesa country that sustains millions of annual visitors without fully revealing its depth to any single visit. The park's combination of accessible high-impact trails and challenging technical routes serves both casual day hikers and more committed canyoneers with equally satisfying options. Snow Canyon State Park, immediately north of St. George, preserves lava tubes, sandstone slickrock, and petrified sand dunes in a compact park whose hiking trail quality per acre rivals much larger Utah parks. The lava tubes accessible by short hike provide a specific geological experience — tubes formed by cooling lava flows from volcanic eruptions that occurred as recently as 27,000 years ago — that connects the red rock sandstone landscape to Utah's more recent volcanic history. Sand Hollow State Park's reservoir provides the primary swimming and motorized water recreation option in the Washington County area, with a warm, red-rock-rimmed lake that serves as the aquatic complement to the canyon hiking. Settlers Point Luxury RV Resort operates year-round in Washington County's mild desert climate, where the temperate spring and fall conditions from March through May and September through November represent the most comfortable outdoor recreation seasons and the period most recommended for Zion Canyon hiking. Summer heat is substantial but manageable with early-morning starts, and winter stays offer mild temperatures by Utah standards with occasional access interruptions to Zion's high trails. Reserve sites well ahead for spring and fall, when the Washington County corridor's campground inventory is most competitive against peak National Park visitation.
