St. George RV Park

Park Rules - Guests and all children, invitees, and visitors must comply with park rules and management directions. - Management may refuse service or require guests to leave for rule violations or behavior deemed inappropriate or disturbing to others. - Harassment, racist comments, hate speech, or mistreatment of staff or guests is not tolerated. - Guests are responsible for ensuring their assigned site accommodates their RV and for avoiding branches, bollards, trees, and other obstacles when parking. - Pets must be kept out of food and beverage areas, playgrounds, sports courts, and pavilions. - Pets must remain leashed or in a carrier in public areas and may not be left unattended at the campsite. - Pets must be current on required vaccinations and flea treatments. - Pet noise or disturbances may require the animal to be housed elsewhere; failure to comply may result in removal without a refund. - RVs must be RVIA certified. Tents, van conversions, school buses, tiny homes, and car camping are not permitted. - RVs must be 2011 or newer for monthly stays. Older RVs require prior management approval, and motorhomes older than 2001 are not permitted. - Extended stays of 30 nights or more are subject to screening, residency paperwork, background screening, and an RV Space Rental Agreement. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
