Sites are standard gravel back-ins sorted by service — 30-amp, 30/50-amp, and 20/30/50-amp — all carrying water, sewer, and electric with site-delivered WiFi. Pull-thru layouts are available. With 36 cabins against 19 RV sites, this is a lakeside retreat that also takes RVs, and there's a bunk house sleeping 25 for larger groups. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, a general store, on-site dining, and a recreation center cover the essentials. The park is open 24/7 with office hours 9am to 5pm daily. Pets are welcome.

- Our park is open 24/7, but office hours are from 9am to 5pm, Sunday through Saturday.
- Please be considerate of your neighbor by keeping outside noise and music to a minimum. Outside activity should be over by 10:00 pm.

- If you need to cancel your reservation, please note the following refund policies:
- For cancellations made 15 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive an 80% refund of the total paid balance.
- For cancellations made within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the total paid balance.
- Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.

- RV’s and any personal vehicles must display current, valid state vehicle license plates, have valid registration, and be in good and operable condition.
- The park reserves the right to refuse service to any RV, tent, or pop-up camper for any reason or no reason at all.
- Extensive mechanical maintenance on-site is not permitted.
- If your RV is older than 10 years, please contact us at (337) 454-5153 and send pictures of your RV for approval.

- Yes, we love having furry friends here! We are a dog-friendly RV park, but we do have rules in place regarding how to have them on the property—our pet policy is:
- All pets must be on a leash.
- No aggressive breeds.
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Do not leave your pet unattended!

How do I handle trash?
- Please place all trash in bags and dispose of them in designated receptacles by Thursday.
- Please do not dispose of fish guts or skins in the trash.

- At Bundick Lake Retreat and RV, we encourage our guests to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.
- To facilitate this, we allow BBQ grills, either charcoal or propane, for your convenience.
- However, we do have some important guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort:
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the park, as they can pose a risk to both people and property.
- Campfires allowed in designated areas and rings only.
- Keep fires small and do not leave them unattended.
- No motorbikes, ATVs, go-carts, or other gas-powered toys allowed
- By following these guidelines, we can all enjoy the beauty of nature while maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Can I alter the campsite?

Can I wash my vehicle or do repairs?
- No, washing camper, vehicles or performing mechanic work on site.

- We provide a welcoming space for your group, with a fully furnished motel, RV sites, and our cozy Bunkhouse available to ensure everyone has a comfortable place to stay.
What behavior is not tolerated?
- Persons guilty of disorderly conduct or vandalism will be asked to leave the park and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

Rules
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in: 3:00 pm.
- Check-out: 12:00 pm.
- Standard rates are for Two Adults (18yrs+).
- Additional persons are $5 per reservation.
- Maximum number of guests is 6.
- For our extended stay guests, site fees are due and payable on a monthly prorated for the 1st of each month.
- Extended stay does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement, payment for sites is entirely for services rendered under a host/guest arrangement.
- Monthly customers will have a three day grace period before they are charged a late fee.
- If a customer does not pay within 7 days of the last grace period day, park management has the right to give notice to leave.
- The late fee is $15 plus $10 per day after the third grace period day.
- No partial payments will be accepted.
- If you wish to extend your stay, please notify park staff prior to noon the day before your scheduled departure to re-register and avoid any site conflict.
- We cannot guarantee the same site if you choose to extend, so please try to allow sufficient notice.
- Guests checking out after noon, without prior approval in writing, will be charged for an additional day, at the regular rate.
- Extended stay guests should provide five (05) days notice prior to checking out of the site so that way the park can inform new customers that your site will be available.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Rates
- Rates are subject to change on a moments notice.
- If you happen to have a reservation that is 2 months or longer we will give you a 15 day notice to inform you that rates will be changing.
Pool
- No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.
- Children under age 14 shall not use the pool or associated facilities without a parent or adult guardian present.
- Pool is closed when there is rain, lightning or high wind.
- No running, no diving no glass, no rough play, no food
- Pool is open from 9am-9pm.
Parking
- Park within your registered site.
- Limit of two (02) vehicles, plus your RV.
- If extra trailers are brought for side by sides, boats, etc.
- You will have to pay a trailer parking fee if space is available.
- Call the park to set this up.
- Please do not park in landscaped or common areas, we work really hard to keep them nice.
- Do not park in vacant sites, as you will be subject to charge for that site at the daily rate.
Speed Limit
- A maximum speed limit of 5 mph is strictly enforced.
Quiet Time
- Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please be courteous to your neighbors.
Pets
- Up to two (02) pets are welcome.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times.
- No aggressive breeds are allowed—Pitbull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Doberman, Cane Corso, or any other classified aggressive breed.
- Pet owners must provide proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccination upon reservation.
- This documentation should be submitted to the Park Manager or emailed to us at [email protected].
- Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.
- Failure to do so will result in a $15.00 fee if the Park Manager must handle it.
- Do not leave dogs unattended outside your RV, even while leashed or in portable pens, for long periods, or anytime you are away from the park.
- Excessive dog barking can be disruptive to your neighbors, and will not be tolerated.
- Service animals and small to medium pets (60 lbs or less) are welcome to the cabin with a $50 refundable deposit per pet.
- Up to two pets are allowed per cabin.
Site Appearance
- Your site must be kept clean and free of trash and debris.
- Outside storage is limited to normal items such as a bbq, table, chairs, bikes, etc.
- Clotheslines are not permitted.
- No large items can be stored underneath an RV (ladders, etc.)
- No fences of any kind.
- No external water tanks, washers/dryers, freezers, fridges, swing sets, or pools.
- No tents allowed.
Trash
- Please place all trash in plastic bags and deposit them in the dumpster promptly and properly.
- Do not throw bags of trash, etc. on top of the dumpster.
- Do not put hot charcoal ash in the dumpster or dispose of it on park grounds.
Facilities
- Please help keep our facilities neat and clean.
- Report any problems immediately.
- All common areas are to be kept free of debris, dispose of your trash/debris appropriately.
Fires
- Welding is not allowed anywhere within the park for safety and fire prevention.
- BBQ grills are authorized either charcoal or propane
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the park.
Alcoholic Beverages/Public Intoxication/Illegal Drugs
- Public intoxication will not be tolerated at any time.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in the park at all times.
- Law enforcement will be notified if use of illegal drugs is suspected.
- Offenders must leave the park immediately without refund.
Damage
- Damage to park property, theft or destruction will be assessed to the responsible party.
- Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children, and will be held financially liable for any damages caused by their children.
- Guests are responsible for their visitor’s behavior.
- The park, its owners, managers, employees or agents are not responsible for loss or damage to a guest or visitor’s RV, vehicle, or person for any reason.
RV & Vehicle Appearance
- RV’s and any personal vehicles must display current valid state vehicle license plates and have valid registration and be in good and operable condition.
- The park reserves the right to refuse service to any RV/tent/pop up camper for any or no reason.
- Extensive mechanical maintenance to an RV and/or vehicle on site is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
STRICT
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
