The park is open all year, with laundry, a bathhouse with showers, a general store, a boutique shop, a dump station, on-site dining, a bar, and a barn. Frequently Asked Questions Where is the nearest grocery store? - The nearest grocery store is located in Leon just a few miles East of Ted’s RV Park. - Here you can find hardware stores, ATM’s and the Hy-Vee grocery store. Are pets allowed? - Yes of course! We love pets and welcome them but we do have the following rules. - Pet’s must be on leash at all times. - No excessive barking. - Max of two pets per site. - No pets(other than service animals) in the office, bathrooms, or indoor common area. Can we have campfires at our camp sites? - Campfires are allowed year-round as long as there are no regional fire bans. - All fires must be attended and extinguished before leaving or going to bed for the evening.

Rules

Check-in and Check-out Procedure - Check in: 1:00 pm. - Check out: 11:00 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Late Arrivals - Please arrive prior to 9:00 pm for the consideration of the other guests. Quiet Hours - 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Speed Limit – 5 MPH throughout the campground. Occupancy Policy - Maximum of 4 people per site or with manager approval. Pet Policy - Must be kept on leash at all times. - Only two dogs are allowed per site. - Please pick up after your pet. - Excessive barking dogs are not allowed. - No pets other than service animals are allowed within the indoor facility. - Management reserves the right to not allow certain pets on the property. Campfires - Only have fires within the established fire pit. - Do not burn garbage. - Fires must be attended to at all times and extinguished before leaving or going to bed for the night. Prohibited Items - Fireworks - Firearms must remain secured in the RV and never be seen outside. - Firearms include all guns, airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. - Mini-bikes, dirt bikes, and ATVs must remain on trailers. - No smoking in the buildings. - No generators. RV Washing - Monthly rentals can wash the RV once per month. - All others may use a bucket to spot clean, but no hose washing as it can cause water runoff and disturb neighboring RVs. Parking Policy - Please do not park vehicles or trailers on grass; there is overflow parking available if needed. Campsite Etiquette - Please be respectful of your neighbors and walk around not through campsite.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy - We are happy to provide full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date. - For cancellations made within a 7-day period we we can offer a refund minus a $15 fee. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
