What is in the Rustic Cabins?
- Each Rustic Cabin has 2 twin beds (bunk beds), 2 full beds (bunk beds), a table with built-in bench seating, air conditioning, heater, overhead lighting, 1 electrical outlet, an outdoor charcoal grill, outdoor picnic table, and outdoor fire pit.
- Bring your own pillows and linens.
What is in the Comfy Cottage?
- The Comfy Cottage has a first bedroom with 1 Queen bed, a second bedroom with 4 double beds (2 sets of bunk beds), full bathroom with shower, dining/living area with TV and DVD player, kitchenette (with full refrigerator, sink, 2 stove top burners, sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cookware and utensils), heat and air conditioning, and a private outdoor patio area with fire pit, table and chairs.
Are the cabins available year-round?
- No.
- Cabins are available from the beginning of April through the end of October.
When can we check in to our campsite?
- Check-in and check-out for campsites is 12 noon.
Is late check-out allowed?
- No, you cannot check out late.
How many tents are allowed on a campsite?
- Each campsite may have 1 tent for up to 2 adults and 3 children.
Are tents allowed with RVs?
- No, campsites with an RV may not have a tent.
Can we use a generator?
- No, generators are not allowed.
How many cars are allowed per site?
- There is a limit of 2 vehicles per site.
- Extra vehicles must register at the office and park in the overflow lot.
- Do not park on other sites.
Is there year-round camping?
- No, the campground is closed in the winter.
- We close on November 1st and reopen on April 1st.
Are pets allowed in the park at campsites and cabins?
- Yes.
- However, pets must be kept on a leash at all times unless they are in the dog park.
- No pets are to be left unattended, tied, or caged outside of your camper or cabin.
When are the swimming pools open?
- The swimming pools are open from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
- During this time the pools are open daily (weather permitting) from 10 am to 8 pm.
Are the swimming pools heated?
- Yes, both swimming pools are heated.
Are the swimming pools only for campground guests?
- Not necessarily.
- Non-campers can buy season pool passes that are good Monday through Friday (weather permitting).
- Season pool passes cost $100 for a single person or $200 for a family (2 adults and 3 children).
What kind of fish are in the pond?
- The fishing pond is stocked with bluegill and bass.
What kind of fish are in the river?
- The Little Elkhart River that flows along the edge of the campground has good rainbow trout.
Do we need a license to fish there?
- Yes, you do need a fishing license to fish in the river.
- No, you do not need a fishing license to fish in the pond.
Can we keep the fish we catch?
- No, you may not keep the fish from the pond.
- Yes, you may keep the fish from the river.
Can we rent a pavilion?
- No, our pavilions are not available to rent.
Can we bring our own golf cart?
- Yes.
- However, there is a $30 Seasonal Registration Fee for any Golf Cart brought on Park Property.
- A copy of proof of Liability Insurance is also required at the time of registration.
- It must show coverage of $100,000 to $300,000 liability on the policy.
How far away is Shipshewana?
- Shipshewana (in the heart of Amish country) is a short 15-minute drive from the campground.

- We’re easy to find – just minutes from the Indiana Toll Road (I-80/90) on State Road 120.
Bristol Exit
- Take exit 101 off the I-80/I-90 toll road – Go south on SR 15 for 2 miles to SR 120 – Turn east onto SR 120 and go 3 miles.
- We’re on the South side of the road.
Middlebury Exit
- Take exit 107 off the I-80/I-90 toll road – Go south on SR 13 for 1 mile to SR 120 – Turn west onto SR 120 and go 3 miles.

Rules
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time for a campsite is 12 noon.
- Check-in time for the cabin is 3 pm.
- Check-out time is 12 noon.
- Items must be cleared from the site or cabin by the check-out times listed.
- If you would like to enjoy additional time at the park a single or family day pass is available for purchase at the Camp Store.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Reservation Policies
- A deposit of one night’s stay is required to reserve a site.
- We require a minimum of 3 nights stay for reservations on Holiday Weekends.
- Full payment in advance is required at the time of reservation.
- A holiday fee of $25 is required for all Holiday Reservations.
Credit Card
- All major credit cards are accepted.
- There is a 3% fee for Credit Cards on balances over $600.
Visitors
- All visitors must report to the office to register and pay visitor’s fees.
Vehicle Policy
- You must be 18 with a valid driver's license to operate golf carts.
- Any golf cart may not be driven by anyone under 18.
- All golf carts must have proof of insurance.
- There is a $30 Registration fee for any Golf Cart brought onto Park Property.
- Proof of Liability Insurance is also required at the time of registration.
- It must show coverage of $100,000 to $300,000 liability on the policy.
- All motorized vehicles must be of licensable type and the operator must have a valid driver’s license.
- Drive only on roads; do not cut through sites, drive on grass, or drive on the gardens.
- No off-road vehicles are allowed.
- No golf carts are allowed on Bonnyville Trail.
- No bike riding after dark.
- No golf cart use after dark.
Parking Policy
- There is a limit of two (2) cars per site.
- Extra vehicles must register at the office and park in the overflow lot.
- Do not park on other sites.
Speed Limit
- The speed limit is 5 mph.
- Watch your surroundings and drive with care.
Pet Policy
- All pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Courtesy dictates cleaning up after them.
- No pets are to be left unattended, tied, or caged outside of your camper.
Children Policy
- For children’s safety, do not let them run through campsites.
- Unseen hazards can be very dangerous.
- Parents are responsible for their children’s actions.
Swimming Pool Policy
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent while in the pool area.
- This is state law!
- There is to be no rough play in the pool area.
- No glass or smoking in the pool area.
Campfires
- Campfires are allowed and may be built in any area where a fire has previously been.
- Extinguish all fires completely before retiring or leaving.
Wildlife and Trees
- Do not destroy wildlife, trees, or damage property.
- Absolutely no cutting of live trees.
- Lawful concealed carry permitted on premises with proper identification.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are 11 pm – 7 am.
- All campers must be at their campsite between 11 pm and 7 am.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors by not playing radio or television too loud.
Trash Policy
- All trash and garbage must be placed in plastic bags and put in trash containers.
- Recyclables may be placed in containers across from the Camp Store.
Illegal Activities
- Drug use and intoxication are not tolerated.
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted at your campsite.
- Cozies are recommended.
- Drink responsibly.
Fireworks
- No fireworks allowed in the park.
Campground Disclaimer
- Upon arrival, you agree that you assume all risk & responsibility for all personal injuries or damage that might occur to you or your property while camping at Eby’s Pines.
- You further agree to release Eby’s Pines RV Park, its employees, officers, owners, directors, shareholders, or agents harmless from any and all claims and costs.
- You further agree to indemnify and hold the above-listed harmless from any and all claims and costs made by minors who are in your custody, guests, and all other persons in your group.

Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
