Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1:00 P.M. - Check out time: 11:00 A.M. - Arrival Times 1:00 PM - 7:30 PM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Children Policy - Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an Adult. - We love to have your children in the campground. - Please run through any safety procedures with your children, as there are a lot of vehicles moving around and through the campground. - Children are not allowed in buildings unsupervised. - Playing on porches and ramps is not allowed. - The Mancos River can be dangerous. - There is also the Mancos River running down the side of the campground. - Please instruct your children on water safety. - There is no swimming permitted. - Please watch your children and pets around the river, as their safety is your responsibility. - Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising minor children. Reservations - Site rate is for 2 Adults per night. - Additional guests are charged per night. Persons 5 years old and older- $5.00 - Per site, a maximum of 4 Adults (six persons total) is allowed per reservation. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours: 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. - Please be considerate. Speed Limit - 5 miles per hour. - Please drive slowly and be cautious. Restroom and Laundry Room - Restroom and Laundry Room Hours: Open 8 A.M. until 8 P.M. - Please notify staff if restrooms need attention. - No smoking in the restrooms. - Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. - All building access doors are locked 8:00 P.M.-8:00 A.M. Visitors - Please have guests come to the office to give vehicle information for parking purposes. Prohibited - Fully self-contained trailers, fifth wheels, and motorhomes within age restrictions accepted. - No tents or pickups with camper shells are permitted. - Picnic tables are on premium sites only. - In addition to open fires, charcoal grills are also banned. - However, propane fire bowls and propane grills are okay. Trash Policy - Waste must be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the park entrance. - Please break down all cardboard boxes before disposing. Pet Policy - Pets are not allowed in restrooms. - Please do not allow excessive barking at any time, and your pets must be leashed. - Pets may not be left unattended in vehicles or outside your RV. - Be sure to pick up and dispose of your pet waste. Smoking Policy - Smoking is allowed only within your campsite. RV/Vehicle Washing - Washing of any RV/vehicle is not allowed. Vehicle - One Vehicle per site unless approved by Management. - No vehicle repairs are permitted on site. Fires - Currently, there is a fire restriction within the Town of Mancos. - No fires! Campers Etiquette - Please respect your neighbors’ privacy. - Do not cut through sites. - If you arrive late or leave early, try to keep the noise level down to a minimum. - Do not drive through empty sites. - The sites are groomed for our next guest. Damage/Loss - The park and management are not responsible for any damage or loss of any kind. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
