Monument RV Resort in Fruita, CO, offers 82 RV sites with 30 and 50-amp service and room for rigs up to 85 feet. Sites are labeled with unusual precision: full-hookup back-ins for rigs 60 feet or less, 30/50-amp full-hookup back-ins, 30/50-amp full-hookup pull-thrus, 50-amp full-hookup big rig pull-thrus, and 30-amp water-and-electric back-ins that also take tents. Full-hookup sites carry water, sewer, and electric with site-delivered WiFi and a picnic table. The resort is rated big rig friendly and open all year. Laundry, a bathhouse with showers, a general store, a boutique shop, firewood, propane fills, a dump station, and both RV and boat storage cover the rest. You can tour before booking — call ahead and check in at the registration office first. Pets are welcome, with a dog park. An outdoor pool, a hot tub and sauna, a community fire pit, a playground, horseshoes, and corn hole fill the grounds, with biking and swimming and a state park nearby. Are fireworks allowed? - Fireworks of any kind are not allowed; this also includes sparklers. How far in advance should I make my reservation at Monument RV Resort? - You bet, unless we are under a Burn Ban, so be sure to ask at check-in. - We ask that campfires be confined to designated hours and not left unattended. - We do not permit outside firewood to be brought into our park or the cutting of any of our trees or brush. Can I book a specific campsite or cabin? - Specific campsites or cabins may be requested, but are not guaranteed. - We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. - If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number. Do you have quiet hours? - We do. - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. - Anyone under 18 years of age must be at their site or cabin during these hours, unless accompanied by an adult. Are drones allowed at Monument RV Resort? - Unfortunately, we do not allow drones. What forms of payment are accepted for my reservation? - We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. When is the cheapest time to stay? - Our rates depend on when you’d like to stay and what amenities are available during your dates. - Non-peak season is cheaper than Peak season, and weekdays are cheaper than weekends. - However, please be sure to check amenity availability before booking. Is Wifi available? - Yes, there is park-wide WiFi; however, depending on the number of campers in the park and the number of guests using it at the same time, WiFi may not be accessible. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. - Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid, or a reservation credit can be issued toward a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. - All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions. Cabin Cancellation Policy - 3+ weeks, refund minus $25 cancellation fee per cabin or full refund issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issued date. - 2+ weeks, 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issue date, or 50% of the reservation forfeited. - Less than 2 weeks, full reservation forfeited. - The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e., Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date, or when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed. Premium Cabin Cancellation Policy (Cozy House) - 5+ weeks, refund minus $50 cancellation fee per cabin or full refund issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issued date. - 4+ weeks, 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit, valid for one year from the issue date, or 50% of the reservation forfeited. - Less than 4 weeks, full reservation forfeited. - The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e., Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date, or when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed. Campsite Cancellation Policy - 2+ weeks, refund minus $25 cancellation fee per campsite OR full refund issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issued date. - 1+ weeks, 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit valid for one year from the issued date, or 50% of the reservation forfeited. - Less than 1 week, full reservation forfeited. - The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e., Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date, or when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed. Reservation and Cancellation Policies - All Lodging, including Suites, Cabins, and Cottages, deposits and cancellations (All prices are subject to change without notice, and seasonal rates may apply). - A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your reservation. - If you cancel your lodging reservation within 14 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit of one night’s stay. - The remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. - In-season, a two-night minimum stay may be required on weekends. - A three or four-night minimum stay may be required for some holiday weekends. RV Sites – Tent Sites Deposits and Cancellations - A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your reservation. - If you cancel your reservation within 7 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit of one night’s stay. - The remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. - In-season, a two-night minimum stay may be required on weekends. - A three or four-night minimum stay may be required for some holiday weekends. Group Deposits and Cancellations - Group Deposits and Cancellations for all reservations that include three or more sites or a combination of sites. - A one-night deposit for the first night’s stay per reservation is required to guarantee your group reservations. - The balance due on your reservations must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date; otherwise, your reservation will be canceled. - If you cancel your reservation within 30 days, you will forfeit your initial deposit. - If you cancel your reservation within 14 days, you will forfeit any and all monies paid on your lodging reservation. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
