These are rentals rather than sites for your own rig — if you're towing, contact the property directly about hookups and fit before booking. A bathhouse with showers, a general store, firewood, a community fire pit, and a pavilion serve the grounds. Pets are welcome. Glamping here means the conveniences of home without the distractions, and the property leans into that: billiards, ping pong, picnicking, planned activities, creek frontage, and fishing, with biking and a casino close by. FAQs What is GLAMPING anyway? - Glamping is "Glamorous Camping". - Some of the conveniences of home and none of the distractions. - Our goal is to provide everything that you need, including clothes and food. Are there bugs and other critters? - Of course! We are still outdoors in the heart of nature. - But you are safe from bears (we haven't seen any here). - If you are in a tent structure, you should keep your food outside of your tent, or put it in your car. How's the WiFi? - We have WiFi! - It's great in some areas, good in others, and not great in still other spots. Do you allow pets? - We love pets, but we only allow pets in the Reel-It Inn, the Red Woof Inn, the Tiny Farmhouse, and our campground tent sites. - There is an additional fee. - Please add it in the retail section during your online booking, or give us a call. There's no shower in my unit. So, where do I shower? - Showers are located less than a minute away at the Lodge. - They are on the lower level, easy to access from your lodging unit. - There are Men's and Women's bathrooms with fully private showers, toilets, and changing areas. - The rooms are fully heated and ventilated and with no bugs! - Hot water, soaps, hand, and hair dryers are provided. (Your towels are in your lodging.) What if I get hungry? - We have a small camp store inside the Lodge. - It has snacks, ice cream, packaged and frozen meals, and non-alcoholic beverages for sale (as well as other emergency items.) - We use an Honor System method. - You just mark down what you want to purchase on your registration sheet, and then we run your card at the end of your stay! What's the story on Alcoholic Beverages? - You may bring your own, or purchase them in Bryson City or at Nantahala Outdoor Center (just 2 miles away). - The National Forest Service only licenses full Resorts to sell such beverages.

Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in is anytime after 2 pm. - Check-out is 10:30 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Arrival Times - 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Initial Deposit - An initial deposit is charged when the reservation is booked. - Payment for all gift certificates will also be collected. Scheduled Deposit - 2 days (s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Pet Policy - Pets allowed only in Reel It Inn & Red Woof Inn tiny homes and on our campsites. - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. - Pets must weigh under 45 pounds. - Pets are allowed only in Reel It Inn & Red Woof Inn tiny homes and on our campsites at an additional one-time fee (If Applicable) One-time $30.00 pet fee will be charged for tiny home reservations One-time $8.00 pet fee will be charged for campsite reservations Pets must be leashed while outside of rentals, and pets are not allowed inside the Lodge. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Credit Cards - All major credit cards accepted Children Policy - Children welcome Smoking Policy - Smoking is not allowed INSIDE any buildings, but it is allowed outdoors. ADA Accessibility - Our only rental with dedicated ADA accessibility is the Reel It Inn tiny house. Payment Schedule - 50% due at the time of booking. - The remaining balance is due 1 day before arrival. Damage Deposit - No damage deposit is due.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. - A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. Refund Policy - 100% of paid prepayments refundable minus a 6% cancellation fee when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier. - 50% of paid prepayments refundable minus a 6% cancellation fee when canceled 7 days before arrival or earlier. - 0% refundable if canceled after. - Travel protection fees are nonrefundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
