Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. - Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. - All campers and visitors must check in at the office upon arrival and receive a vehicle pass. - RV must be present at the time of check-in to enter the resort. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Late Check-In/Early Check-out - No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals and early departures under any circumstances. Early Check-In/Early Check-out - This is based on availability and request should be made at the reservations desk. - An additional charge of $90.00/hour plus tax (1-hour minimum charge) will be assessed for early check-in or late check-out. - A 24-hour notice is required for late check-out. Forest Grove RV Resort Rules and Regulations - In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the management requests your cooperation in observing the following rules and regulations. - If you choose not to adhere to these guidelines, you may be asked to leave Forest Grove RV Resort, and a refund will not be issued. Hours - Welcome center / store hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. - Cafe hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. - Pool / slides / splash pad hours: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (seasonal) - Cornhole / arcade basketball & volleyball court: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. - Bathhouse / laundry center: 24/7. - Pavilion: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. Quiet Hours - 10:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Children Policy - Children under 16 must return to their own site by 10:00 p.m. if they are not accompanied by a parent. Occupancy Limits and Fees - RV campsites/executive sites - maximum of 6 people allowed (including registered guests and visitors) per site. - Must be reserved for a minimum of 2 nights and maximum of 29 nights in each accommodation. Winter Policy for 29-day Stay - For the months of January and February, reservations will require a 50% deposit at time of reservation and full payment is required 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. - Cancellation is required 30 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. - Refunds for all deposits and payments collected will not be issued if cancelled less than 30 days. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 10 mph or less throughout the entire park. - Please enter the campsite with care and safety. - Watch for children. - Pedestrians always have the right of way. Visitors - All persons not registered to a site at check-in will be considered visitors. - They must register at the reservation desk before entering the resort, obtain a car permit, and pay appropriate visitor fees if required. - Cars parked without a valid permit are subject to towing at any time at visitor’s cost. - Permits must be visible on the dashboard at all times. - Visitor parking is in the designated parking lot at the main entrance of the resort. - Visitors may be restricted during periods of high occupancy. - Registered campers are responsible for their visitors and will be held financially responsible for any damage to our property. - Please make sure that your visitors are aware of the resort rules. - Registered campers who fail to register their visitors will be subject to eviction. Prohibited - Any camper type without hookups. - Tents. (portable sunshade with no bottom only) - Firearms. - Fireworks. - Oil changes and lubes. - Hot grills on picnic tables. - Generators are not allowed. - Walking through other guests’ sites. - Disturbing other guests’ quiet enjoyment of the property, including noise, excessive barking of their pet, etc. - No clothesline attached to trees or anywhere on the campsite. - No clothing, rugs, mats, or carpet on trees and grass. - No ATVs. - No parking on the grass. - No digging, flag poles, plantings, stakes, etc. - No ropes or chains tied to utilities, trees, or signs. - Do not put nails in trees. - Any permanent connections, foundations, porches, storage buildings/units/trailers, or similar type structures. - Roofs shall not be constructed - No liquid waste of any kind may be dumped on the ground or in dumpsters. - There is a $300 charge for sewage spills Campers With Children - Parents/caregivers are responsible for the appropriate behavior of their children. - Children must be supervised at all times and parents/guardian should not leave their children unattended anywhere in the resort (swimming pool, playground, bathhouse, restrooms, etc.) - Parent/ guardian will be held financially liable for damages caused by their children. Video/Camera Surveillance - Forest Grove RV Resort - guests and visitors grant to Forest Grove RV Resort, its representatives, and employees the right to take their photographs. - Guests and visitors also authorize Forest Grove RV Resort, its assigns, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish the same in print and/or electronically. - Forest Grove RV Resort has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and video (or to reproduce photographs or video) of the resort. Guests/Visitors - Forest Grove RV Resort encourages its guests to take personal videos or still photographs while enjoying their visit. - All images and videos taken by guests and visitors are allowed free of charge so long as the images and videos are used for a personal, non-commercial purpose. - Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. Important - All camera accessories that could potentially impede foot traffic are expressly forbidden, including camera tripods, monopods, lighting setups, etc. WiFi Notice - Guest agrees that by using Forest Grove RV Resort’s internet access network, service may only be used for lawful purposes. - Transmission of any material in violation of federal or state statutes/regulations is prohibited. Bicycles, Rollerblades, Skateboards, Scooters and Motorcycles - Ride only on roadways, and do not ride after dusk. - Do not park or ride them on grass, playground, pool area or through landscaping. - No ATVs are allowed on the property. - Tennessee law requires all children less than 12 years to wear a helmet while riding a bicycle, scooters, hoverboards, etc. Drones - Drones are not permitted anywhere on Forest Grove property for privacy and safety reasons. Vehicles and Trailers - You are permitted one RV and one vehicle per assigned site. - Vehicles and trailers that do not fit completely on the spot must be parked in the visitor parking area with additional charges. - Do not park on the grass, at another site, or on the road. - Vehicles deemed in poor condition (ex: flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken window, etc. are prohibited from parking at the resort. - Violation of the above guidelines will be towed at the owner’s expense. Golf Carts - Must be registered at check-in. - Only electric carts are allowed per registered guest, and a permit is required. - Guest may acquire a permit at the reservation desk/store. - No one under the age of 16 is permitted to drive any cart without a valid driver’s license. - This includes Forest Grove rental carts and privately owned carts brought onto our property. - Privately owned golf carts must have proof of proper liability insurance and must be shown with a minimum of $50,000 coverage in personal injury and property damage held on the golf cart. - Important: golf carts (property or privately owned) are not permitted off the premises. Bath House / Laundry Room - Hours as posted. - Do not leave clothes unattended. - Be considerate to others. - Keep the laundry room clean. - No dishwashing in bathhouses. Garbage - Cleanliness is very important to us. - Please keep your site clean. - Please stack and tie garbage and place at curb by your site for courtesy pickup at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. - For your convenience, we also have a dumpster located at the maintenance building. Firewood, Firepits, and Picnic Tables - Outside firewood is not permitted in the resort. - Firewood is available for purchase at the resort store, and we offer free delivery to your site upon request. - Campfires are allowed only in designated fire pits and must be attended to at all times. - Please make sure to put out your campfire before you go to bed, before heading out for that day, or when you leave. - Please do not stack firewood on grass, and do not cut down trees. - Absolutely no burning of garbage, paper, cans, glass, etc. - Do not roast marshmallows on gas firepits. - Firepits, firepit lids, and picnic tables are not allowed to be placed in the grass. - They must remain in the stone area of your site. - No firepits or grills on a picnic table. - Please clean the picnic table when you leave. Alcohol - Forest Grove RV Resort is licensed to sell beer. - The following policies on alcohol use are strictly enforced for campers, guests, visitors, staff, and anyone on the property. - No open containers on public display. - Please keep it in a koozie or cup. - No public intoxication. - It is against the law to buy alcohol for anyone under 21 years old. - If an altercation occurs, the person/s involved will be removed from the park. Drug Use - Drug-related criminal activity engaged in, on or near the property by guests or visitors is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate eviction. Smoking - Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas of Forest Grove properties. - Absolutely no smoking is allowed inside or within 20 ft. of our reservation area, café, swimming pools, playground, basketball court, cornhole, arcade, etc. - Please dispose of cigarettes in proper disposal bins. Pet Policy - Pets need to be current on all vaccines. - Pet owners must clean up after their pets. - Please dispose of pet waste in proper disposal bins. - If resort staff must pick up your pet’s waste, a cleanup fee of $50.00 will be charged for cleaning up after your pet on-sites and in public areas. - Pets must be on a leash at all times (6 ft. maximum). - Only two pets are allowed per site. - Please do not leave your pet outside (crated or tied). - Other than service dogs, pets are not allowed in buildings, swimming pools, playground, bathhouses, etc. - Pet owners are responsible for the behavior of their pets. - Excessive barking, growling or aggressive behavior, and other disturbances will not be tolerated. - No refunds will be issued for the following: a) If a pet is out of control, management may ask the guest to leave or b) If guest decides to leave due to pet violations. Sewer Connectors - Use of rubber donut or watertight collar on all sewer connections is required. Water Hydrants - The resort water hydrants are frostproof. - As an extra caution, water must be turned off with hoses disconnected from the hydrant and camper when temperatures are below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. - The guest is financially responsible for any frozen hydrants and damage due to non-compliance. Pool, Waterslides, and Splash Pads - Swimming pool privileges are for paid campers and their guests only. - Posted hours and rules must be observed. - There is no lifeguard on duty. - Swim at your own risk. - While resort personnel may be present in the pool area, they do not have lifeguard training. - An adult must accompany all children under 16 years and those who cannot swim. - Diving and running are not allowed. - Person suffering from any disease are not permitted to use the swimming pool. - No glass at the pool, waterslides or splash pads. - Smoking is not allowed within 20 feet of pool, waterslides, and splash pads. Playground - The play area is reserved for registered guests and visitors. - Use of playground equipment is at your own risk. - Shoes are required. - Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. - No rough playing or yelling permitted. - Only one person per swing at a time. - No glass or bottles in the play area. - No pets allowed. - No smoking inside the playground or within 20 ft. - No bicycles, roller skates, or skateboards permitted. - Please keep the playground clean. Inflatables - All guests (including visitors} registered to the site agree legally to release Forest Grove RV Resort and its agents, employees, and representatives from any and all injuries or damages incurred arising out of the use of inflatable units. Accidents/Incidents - This must be reported to management as soon as possible and report filed no later than 24 hours of accident/incident. Site Reservations - Forest Grove RV Resort will make every attempt to accommodate your request. - Reservations are not guaranteed as to the actual location. Camper/RV - All units must be factory manufactured only. - Washing or maintenance/repairs, oil changes, lubes, etc. of RV or vehicles are not allowed on the property. Vendors - Sale or solicitation of goods or services are not allowed anywhere on the property. Need to reschedule your stay? - No problem—date changes are always free, as long as they’re made at least 48 hours before arrival. - We’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates based on availability. Campground Disclaimer - All information and rates are subject to change without notice. - Please keep your campsite neat and orderly at all times. - Forest Grove RV Resort is a privately owned, family and pet-friendly resort. - We are also veteran-owned and we do kindly ask our guests to treat other campers, visitors and staff members with courtesy and respect. - Forest Grove RV Resort and its agents, representatives and staff members assume no responsibility in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, mother nature or any other loss. - Forest Grove RV Resort also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies and procedures.
