Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure – Check-in time is 3:00 pm. – Check-out time is 11:00 am. – Full payment required at time of reservation for daily and weekly guest, 1st month required for monthly reservations. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pricing – Prices are for up to 2 adults. - See current rates for additional person charge. – Monthly payments are due in full on the same day of arrival each month. – Monthly rates are subject to change for reservations longer than 1 month. Quiet Hours – Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. Campsite – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. – We do not guarantee the same site if you choose to extend. Payment/Fees – If payment is not received by the close of the 3rd day after the due date, power and water will be turned off. - The guest will be responsible for the $45.00 reactivation fee. Fire/Trash - While on the property, please put all cigarette butts and trash in the proper container - Panhandle Lodging is in no way liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident, or any other cause to the personal possessions of the tenant or their guests. - Place garbage in plastic bags, tie them, and place them in the dumpster by the office. Parking and Vehicles – Two (2) vehicle limit on each site, plus your RV. – All vehicles must be in operational condition. – Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from the RV site into the flow of traffic. – The speed limit in the park is 10 mph. – No Parking in vacant RV sites. – No parking in the grass. (campers or cars) - No semi trucks. - No boats. Rig and/or Site Appearance - All spaces must maintain a clean and tidy appearance. - Do not hang towels, bathing suits, clothes, clotheslines, and/or clothes outside your RV. - Space around and under the RV shall be kept neat and free from rubbish, trash, and other items. - Garbage and refuse shall be promptly taken to the resort dumpster by the guest. - We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition. - It is mandatory that your sewer and/or gray water hose have a sewer connection (sewer collar/donut) attached to prevent sewer gases from escaping. - No open flames or fire pits. (Small personal BBQ grills are allowed) - Outdoor items should be neat and orderly. - No tires, 55-gallon drums, generators, refrigerators, freezers, coolers, or other storage containers are allowed on your site. - Storage containers under the rig are allowed to be maintained in a neat appearance. - RV Skirting is allowed as long as they match the RV (No bare plywood, tarps, or colors that are not similar to the RV. - Black is allowed. - Keep all cords, cables, and hoses coiled and bundled. - No light-duty extension cords allowed. - Holiday decorations must be removed within two (2) weeks of the holiday. - No tarps. - Sites that are not keeping these standards will be subject to a $20/week fine. Pet Rules - All pets are to be on a leash in the owner’s hand at all times while walking in the park. - Clean up after your pet. - Pets are not allowed in the buildings. - Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on the lot. - Pets are not to be left unattended outside the RV. - Constant or frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave. - No dangerous breeds allowed in the park, such as pit bulls, shepherds, dobermans, etc., that could harm someone or their pet. - Limit two (2) pets per lot. Electricity - Electricity is free for daily and weekly stays - Monthly guests will pay for their electricity usage at the current market rate. Meters will be read on the first of every month. - Your payment method on file will be charged automatically. - You will receive a notification of upcoming and successful payments. Late Payments - A $10.00 daily late fee may be applied beginning the day after the due date and will continue until full payment is received. - Monthly reservations that are over 7 days late on payment will lose access to electricity and be subject to eviction. - Monthly reservations that pay weekly or twice a month will be charged a $15 convenience fee. - There is no fee when paying in full monthly. - Monthly reservations that pay with cash or check may be charged a $15 convenience fee. Waiver of liability - As the primary guest making this reservation, you are responsible for all other guests staying at your site. - You will be responsible if they do not follow all policies. - Panhandle Lodging is not responsible for any incidents with other guests, pets, or any other person that is not affiliated with Panhandle Lodging RV park. - Panhandle Lodging RV park shall not be held liable for personal injuries or property damage caused by guests, visitors, or an act of God. Campground Disclaimer - We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to “offenders” of park rules. - Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors. - Owner reserves the right to change the rules without notice.
