Rules

Check-In Procedure Campsites - Check In: 2 pm - Checkout: 12noon - RV Rentals/Farmhouse/Milkhouse - Check In: 3 pm - Check out: 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Day Visitors - Any registered guest who is expecting a day visitor must register their guest at the office. - The day visitor may use amenities and attend events for a fee. - Amenities: $5.00 per person ages 12 and older. - Events: $10.00 per person. Damage Liability and Weather Precautions - Renters will be responsible for all damages. - In case of inclement weather, make sure the awning is secure and stowed away properly. - Any damage done to awning will be charged to the renters. Key - It is recommended to place the key back into the lock box after each use. - If at checkout the key is not in the lock box, a charge will be placed on the credit card on file to replace the lock and key. Utility Policy - Do not mess with any leveling, slide outs, or utility hookups on the unit. Drain Use - Do not flush anything inappropriate down the sink or shower drains. Things to Bring - Some items recommended to bring: pillows, bedding, towels, paper towels, hand soap, cooler, etc. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10PM until 8 AM. - Failure to follow the quiet time policy could result in you being asked to leave the park without a refund. Pool & Playground - No lifeguard is on duty. - Pool and playground open at 8 am and close at dusk. - Anyone under 18 must be supervised in these areas of the campground. - Horseplay, running, and diving are not permitted in our pool area. - Alcohol and food are not permitted inside the actual pool. - Loud music, glass, and rough play are not permitted at our pool or playground. - Failure to follow these rules could result in you being asked to leave the park without a refund. Bathhouse and Laundry - For the comfort of all our guests, our bathhouse and laundry facility are open 24/7 with the exception of a temporary closure for cleaning once per day. - We greatly appreciate your help in keeping these facilities clean. - Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathhouse and laundry. - Please do not leave laundry unattended. We are not responsible for theft, lost items, or accidents. Golf Carts, Bicycles, and Scooters Day Rule - Golf Carts, Bicycles, and Scooters are welcome onsite and may be used within the park during daylight hours. Night Rule - For safety - Golf Carts, Bicycles, and Scooters must have appropriate lighting affixed to them to be used within the park after dark. Electrical Use - You are responsible for understanding how many amps your RV requires. - Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. - Please be mindful of your amp usage to prevent electrical issues. - Please notify the office of electrical issues so we can notify our maintenance crew. - Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. - Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so. Fireworks and Firearms - Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. - The prohibition of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. - The prohibition of firearms includes all guns, including airsoft, BB, and pellet guns. - If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Pet Policy - Pets must be on leash at all times. - Pets are not allowed in the bath house or pool area. - You are required to clean up after your pet. - Pets are not allowed to be left unattended outside. - Pets are to be housed inside your camper if you are going out for the day. - Small Breeds only in Farmhouse, Milkhouse or RV Rentals. - Quiet Time is 11 PM until 8 AM. - Guests are responsible for any damage done to the unit. Payments - Payment is due in full at the time of booking. - Credit/debit card is required. - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex. - Cash is acceptable if a reservation is made in person at our campground office. - Checks are not an acceptable form of payment. Auto and Trailer Parking - We do not have overflow parking. - All vehicles and trailers must be parked on your campsite or housing rental. - Farmhouse Parking: 4 vehicles. - Milkhouse Parking: 2 vehicles. - RV Rental Parking: 1 vehicle. - Campsite Parking : 1 to 2 vehicles depending on lot size. - Please call the office to make sure you have ample room for parking. - You can check for additional parking on the State Right of Way parking on the main street. - Golf carts are allowed, but a licensed driver must be driving. No Smoking Policy - No smoking allowed. - In the farmhouse, the Milkhouse, RV rental, Bathhouse, the barn, or public spaces. Fire Rings - Do not move any fire rings, as we have fiber optic buried throughout the campground, and you can burn through it, causing the loss of WI-FI. Tents - No tents or tent stakes allowed. Trees - No clotheslines or hammocks allowed. Car/RV washing - No washing vehicles or campers allowed. Alcohol - Alcoholic beverages must be kept at site either in a koozie or solo cup. Third-Party RV Delivery - If you are renting an RV from a third party, they can deliver/set up the RV anytime after 2 pm on arrival and must have the RV off of the site by noon on day of departure. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Please review our cancellation deadlines policy below to receive the applicable refund. - Please note, once you have canceled your reservation online, we can not go back to move your reservation or your money to another date. - If you wish to modify your reservation, you must call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive the applicable refund. - Text, email, and/or social media messages are not acceptable methods of notification. Cancellations for Campsites - 15 Days or More: 100% refund minus a $20 cancellation fee. - 7 to 14 Days: 50% refund. - 6 Days or Less: No refund. - Changes to your reservation dates or shortening the length of stay require at least a 7-day notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations for Lodging - 30 Days or More: 100% refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. - 29 Days or Less: 20% refund. - Changes to your reservation dates or shortening the length of stay require at least a 30-day notice prior to your scheduled arrival date. Refund Policy - Refunds will be credited back to the Credit/Debit card on file with respect to the reservation. - Camping is an outdoor experience, and refunds will not be given due to unfavorable weather. - No refunds will be given for early departures. - The refund rule for early departures does not apply if evacuated due to flooding. - Camp Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the canceled reservation and can only be applied toward your site type or specific lodge rental. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
