Rules

Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 3 PM - 12 AM (midnight). - Check-out is 11 AM. - Check-in and check-out times must be observed. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Registration - All campsites and cabins must be registered prior to occupancy. - Only the registered guest may occupy the reserved site or cabin. - Guests must provide accurate communication and vehicle information at registration. Occupancy - Maximum occupancy limits apply to each site or cabin. Length Of Stay - The maximum stay is 14 consecutive nights within a 30-day period. - After 14 nights, campers must vacate the campground for a minimum of 7 consecutive days before returning. - Seasonal or long-term residency is not permitted unless specifically authorized by DMRA. - DMRA reserves the right to limit the length of stay during peak seasons. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. - Loud music, generators, and disruptive behavior are prohibited during quiet hours. - Excessive noise at any time may result in enforcement action. Campsite Use Policy - Only one primary camping unit per site unless otherwise designated. - Tents must be placed in designated areas. - Vehicles must be parked within the assigned campsite. - Campsites must be kept clean and orderly. - Dumping of household trash from non-campers is prohibited. Vehicles & Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs) - The speed limit within the campground is 10 mph. - Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles. - ATVs, UTVs, and motorcycles may travel only directly to and from designated trail access routes. - Recreational riding within the campground is prohibited. - Reckless driving is prohibited. Fires & Fire Safety Policy - Fires are permitted only in designated fire rings or grills. - Fires must never be left unattended. - All fires must be fully extinguished before leaving. - Fire restrictions may be implemented during dry conditions. - Cutting or gathering live wood is prohibited. Pets Policy - Pets must be on a leash no longer than six (6) feet at all times. - Pets may not be left unattended outside. - Pets are not allowed in cabins. - Owners must clean up after pets. - Aggressive animals are prohibited. Alcohol & Conduct Policy - Alcohol consumption must comply with Tennessee law. - Public intoxication, disorderly conduct, or illegal drug use is prohibited. - Disorderly, threatening, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund. Dump Station & Utilities Policy - Dump stations are for registered guests only. - Greywater discharge on the ground is prohibited. - Electrical hookups must comply with safety standards. - Water connections must use approved drinking water hoses. Cabins Policy - Smoking is prohibited inside cabins. - Furniture and furnishings must remain inside the cabin. - Guests are responsible for damages. - Cabin guests must follow all campground rules. Natural Resource Protection - Cutting, damaging, or removing vegetation is prohibited. - Disturbing wildlife is prohibited. - Altering the site (digging trenches, moving rocks, etc.) is not allowed. Creek & Water Safety Policy - Swimming or wading is at your own risk. - No lifeguard is on duty. - Children must be supervised at all times. Enforcement - DMRA staff enforce all campground rules. - Violations may result in warnings, fines, eviction without refund, or suspension of reservation privileges. - Local law enforcement may be notified when necessary. DMRA Authority - Doe Mountain Recreation Authority reserves the right to amend campground rules as necessary to ensure safety, protect natural resources, and provide equitable public access. Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
