This resort has a ten-year age restriction on all RVs. - We will gladly review older coaches for approval. - You may send a picture of your coach to "[email protected]" for approval of older coaches prior to booking. All Holiday Weekends require three-night minimum bookings, i.e. Labor Day and Memorial Day. July 4th, 2023 requires a four-night minimum. General Questions: Q: When do you open? - A: We are open now! Pricing: Q: Do you have to pay the deposit in full? - A: Yes, we require deposits to be paid in full prior to arrival. Q: Do you offer discounts? - A: We strive to offer a fair price for a premium product, and therefore do not offer discounts. - If you are interested in staying for an extended period of time, we offer special rates for these stays. Q: Do you offer monthly rates? - A: Yes, we will offer monthly rates. - We are not currently accepting reservations for Nightly/Weekly/Monthly sites, but please Sign Up to be notified when bookings will become available. Q: Do you sell spaces? - A: No, we do not sell spaces. Q: Are you affiliated with Thousand Trails? - A: We are not a part of the Thousand Trail’s pass but if you are a member and book directly with us, we will honor a 15% discount. Q: What is your cancelation policy? - A: We offer our “Peace of Mind” rate. - Reservations canceled 72 hours in advance of your arrival are fully refundable less a 10% cancellation fee except during holiday periods. RV Sites: Q: Can I pick my site? - A: Yes, you may pick your site in our online reservation tool. - Please Sign Up to be notified when bookings will become available. Q: What kind of RV sites do you have? - A: We offer both back-in and pull-through sites on level concrete pads, some offering waterfront views. Q: Can I bring up a tent or pop-up camper? - A: Yes, guests may bring one (1) additional tent or pop-up camper per RV site. Guests are required to call and let us know prior to arrival. Q: Do you offer RV storage? - A: No, we do not offer RV storage. However, if you are an annual guest, you can leave your rig here all year. Learn more on our Seasonal Sites Page. Q: Is there an RV age requirement? - A: We require rigs that are newer than 10 years old, but we may make an exception if you send us a picture. Q: Are pet fences allowed at RV sites? - A: Yes, we do allow pet fencing as long as it is no higher than 42”, portable, and does not impede neighbors. Q: Are the sites Full Hook Up? - A: Yes, all sites, regardless of price, are equipped with the following: Electric – 20/30/50 Amp Connections, Water – usage is included in the price of your site fee, and Sewer – usage is included in your site fee. Q: Is the pool heated? - A: Yes, the pool is heated and open from April through October. Q: Do you offer golf cart rentals? - A: Yes, we offer golf cart rentals for $60 per day. - Guests are also welcome to bring their own. - Limit one per RV site, drivers must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. Q: Is it pet-friendly? What breeds? - A: Yes, we are a pet-friendly property and allow Cats and Dogs. - Please visit our Pet Policy page for complete details. Q: Can I bring a pet (non-dog)? - A: We do allow some exceptions for pets other than cats and dogs. - Guests will be required to call for approval in advance. Q: Is there a grill at the site? Can I bring my own my own grill? - A: Each site is equipped with its own charcoal grill. - Yes, guests may bring their own grill. Q: Do you sell firewood? - A: Yes, firewood can be purchased in our retail store. Q: Do you have a dump station? - A: No, we do not. Q: Do you have a propane refill station? - A: Yes, we do. Q: Do the RV sites have picnic tables? - A: Yes, our RV sites come complete with picnic tables, charcoal grills, and a fire ring at each site. Q: Can I have a campfire at my site? - A: Yes, every site has a fire ring for controlled fires. And if you would like to make new friends, there is a community courtyard with a fire pit as well. Q: Do you have Pickleball Courts? - A: Yes, we have two Pickleball Courts. Q: Can I fish at your property? - A: Yes, guests may fish in our onsite fishing ponds. Q: Do you have a bathhouse? - A: Yes, we have fully furnished bathhouses with running water, plumbing, and private showers. Q: Is there a playground available for children? - A: Yes, we have a playground with a fun area for children to play. Q: Can I do my laundry on-site? - A: Yes, we have laundry facilities available with modern, front-loading washers and dryers.
