Rules

Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. - Check-out: 11:00 AM. - Go to the office for check-in. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Responsibility for Damages - All campers are responsible for any damage they cause in the campgrounds. - All campers are responsible for any damage to property that may not be theirs. - The park retains the right to charge for any damage to the property, including waterlines, sewer lines, excess trash left in your area, landscaping, roadways, hiking trails, and any shared public facilities. Penalties & Violations - Campers who violate any of the bylaws will be asked to leave either immediately or with a 24-hour notice. - If refunds are granted, they will be mailed to you. - Local law enforcement will be notified if needed. Disorderly Conduct - Abusive or threatening behavior is considered disorderly conduct. - Foul or indecent language is considered disorderly conduct. - Loud noises from music, voice, machinery, or vehicles are considered disorderly conduct. - Causing damage to the property or other people's property is considered disorderly conduct. - Not following the bylaws of the campground is considered disorderly conduct. - Having illegal drugs or using illegal drugs on the campground is considered disorderly conduct. Trails & Acreage - Stay on the pathways that have been prepared for campers. - Do not cut down wood. - Firewood is available for purchase at the office or in the local area. - Do not ride ATVs or other motorized vehicles on trails designated for hikers only. Pole Barn Policy - The hours of the pole barn will be posted. - Special arrangements may be made with the owners if need be. - Feel free to stop into the pole barn and work a puzzle or play a game. - Games may be checked out. Shared Facilities Policy - Make sure you take your personal items with you from the bathhouse. - Do not leave your laundry more than 30 minutes after it is finished, as someone else may be needing the machines. - Shelters may be rented out for a small fee. - See the office for shelter reservations. - Picnic tables are for you to enjoy. - Do not move the picnic tables without permission from the owners. Quiet Hours & Campfires - After 10:30 PM, keep your noise level to a minimum. - Make sure all fires are put out before leaving or going to bed. Pets Policy - Only dogs and cats are allowed. - Pets must be kept on a leash with an ID tag on the collar. - The ID tag needs to include the pet's name and the owner's phone number. - Clean up after your pets. - Pets must have all shots. - Records of vaccination need to be available upon request. - People who cannot control their pet will be asked to leave. - Animal control will be notified if needed. Alcohol, Tobacco, & Minors - Under no circumstances may minors be served alcoholic beverages. - State and local laws determine this. - Drinking alcohol in the family or public areas is discouraged. - Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. - There is a no-smoking policy in all buildings. - Put all smoking materials in the appropriate marked locations. Neighbors - Keep your area clean. - Place all trash in the proper locations. - No extreme partying is allowed. - No drugs or noxious activities that make other campers' experience unpleasant. - No disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior towards staff or campers will be tolerated. Driving Policy - Follow all the posted arrows. - Be considerate when coming and going of other travelers. - The speed limit is 10 miles per hour or less. Campsite & RV - Keep your area tidy and clean. - No traps or outside additions, such as porches or decking, are allowed. - Use of appliances outside your RV is forbidden. - No duct tape, excessive wiring, or unsightly fixing of repairs on the exterior of your RV. - Keep all wires and hoses going through the proper ports. - Adhere to all the property's legal requirements for connections of water, sewerage, and additional hook-ups. - Do not overstay your time. - This campsite is not a permanent residence. Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
