Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is at 2:00 PM. - Check-out is at 10:00 AM. - Late check-outs are not permitted. - Only occupy the site reserved. Reservation & Occupancy - Maximum stay is 20 consecutive days per booking. - A maximum of 8 guests per reservation is allowed. - Each reservation applies only to the specific site rented. - Unauthorized guests are not permitted on the property at any time. - Reservations may not be transferred or reassigned to another party. Deposits & Payments - At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. Parking & Vehicles - Parking is limited to the designated site only. - Unauthorized parking is prohibited. - Do not block roads, access points, or other sites. - All vehicles must be operational. Safety & Property Protection - Firearms or weapons are strictly prohibited. - Hunting is strictly prohibited. - Fireworks are strictly prohibited. - Usage of ATVs, 4x4s, or side-by-sides is strictly prohibited. - Open fires are only permitted in designated areas. - Designated areas include the community fire pit and grill. - Tampering with park facilities or utilities is strictly prohibited. - Any damage to park property will be the financial responsibility of the guest. Site Maintenance - Guests are responsible for keeping their site clean and orderly. - Trash must be disposed of in designated containers. - No permanent or temporary structures (including tents) without prior approval. - Do not alter landscaping, utilities, or fixtures. Utilities & Waste - Use all hookups properly and responsibly. - Do not overload electrical connections. - Dumping of wastewater or hazardous materials is only allowed in designated areas. - Report any utility issues to management promptly. Pets - Pets are permitted but must be leashed at all times. - Owners must clean up after pets immediately. - Aggressive, uncontrolled, or excessively noisy pets are not allowed. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. - Excessive noise, loud music, or disturbances are not permitted. Conduct - Guests must behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. - Disorderly or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal. - Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws is required. Liability - All guests stay at their own risk. - Management is not responsible for theft, damage, or personal injury. Enforcement - Management reserves the right to deny service or remove any guest for violations of these policies without refund. General Information - These rules are in place to maintain a safe, quiet, and enjoyable environment for all guests. - Your cooperation is expected and appreciated.
