Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in time is between 1 pm and 4 pm. - Check-out time is at 11 am. - Same-day, late check-in (between 4 pm & 8 pm) is available, but is subject to staff availability and may incur a convenience fee. - After 4 pm, call or text to inquire about same-day late check-in - Must be over the age of 21 to book a campsite. - Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian - ID must be presented at check-in. - Sites can be rented by day, week, or month. - Monthly renters may book an open-ended stay. - Renters booking a fixed-length stay must pay in full prior to check-in. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Vehicles Policy - All sites, have a maximum of two vehicles and 6 people per site, and all vehicles must be able to fit on the camping pad. - Vehicles that must be parked elsewhere may incur an additional fee. - Violation of rental agreement or parking rules will result in the removal of vehicles at the owner’s expense, if necessary - Violation of park rules or any section of Missouri Statute Chapter XXVI, Section 419.090 may result in ejection from the park, at the discretion of park staff Rental Fee - All rentals require a $200 security deposit (refundable upon checkout). - 50% of rental fees are due 30 days from the reservation date, the remainder plus the deposit is due in 7 days. Equipment Policy - All campsite utilities included (electric, water, sewer, trash). Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Alcohol Policy - No alcoholic beverages in common areas. Fires - Wood-burning fires in designated areas only. Hunting - Hunting is prohibited. Visitors Policy - Visitors must park in the visitors' lot, parking on grass is prohibited. Children Policy - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets Policy - No dog breeds over 50 lbs. - Pets must be on a leash at all times. - Clean up after pets Littering - No littering.
