Laurel, Mississippi has had a bit of a cultural renaissance in recent years, and visitors who come to see the beautifully restored historic homes and craftsman bungalows of this charming small city need a comfortable place to stay while they explore. Sleepy Hollow RV Park, situated just north of Historic Laurel off Highway 11 along the Interstate 59 corridor, answers that need with a well-maintained, thoughtfully upgraded property that delivers genuine comfort in a relaxed Mississippi setting — without the big-city price tag. Sites feature mostly paved roads and concrete pads that make arrival clean and level regardless of weather conditions. Full hookups include 30- and 50-amp electric service, water, and sewer, with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi included. The park's recently renovated bathhouses offer private suite-style facilities that set the standard well above the typical campground experience. Coin-operated laundry facilities with air conditioning make extended stays practical, and 24-hour security camera coverage throughout the property adds peace of mind. Cabins and rental units offer alternative accommodations for travelers who arrive without an RV. The heart of the park's outdoor amenities is a large, newly refurbished swimming pool — ideal for cooling off during Mississippi summers. A catch-and-release fishing pond with its own lighted fountain provides a tranquil fishing experience steps from your site. Kids will gravitate toward the dedicated playground, while pet owners appreciate the fenced dog park and the thoughtful addition of a dog wash station adjacent to the bathhouse. The park's lighted three-eighths-mile nature trail provides a pleasant circuit for morning or evening exercise without leaving the property. Propane exchange and a general store handle the supplies side of your stay. Historic Laurel sits just a short drive from the park and has become a notable destination for fans of artisan craftsmanship, Victorian architecture, and the kind of local pride that turns small towns into cultural landmarks. The Lauren Rogers Museum of Art, one of the South's most distinguished regional art collections, sits within the historic district. The Mississippi Sound and the Gulf Coast beaches at Hattiesburg and Biloxi are reachable for day trips, and state parks in the surrounding pine belt offer additional hiking and fishing options. Sleepy Hollow RV Park is open year-round, and its position directly off Interstate 59 — between Hattiesburg and Meridian — makes it a convenient overnight stop for travelers moving along the I-59 corridor as well as a comfortable home base for longer Laurel area exploration. Spring and fall bring the most pleasant temperatures, though Mississippi winters are mild by most standards. The 24-hour check-in process means late arrivals are never a problem. Reserve your site online and discover what makes Laurel, Mississippi a destination worth stopping for. The park's combination of thoughtful upgrades, highly convenient location, and affordable rates makes it one of the best-value campgrounds in the Mississippi pine belt.
