Jellystone Park Williamsport in Maryland offers 108 full-hookup RV sites, 80 cabin, cottage, and lodge units, and 15 tent sites along the Potomac, with 30 and 50-amp service, cable TV, and rigs accepted to 80 feet behind a gated entrance. Preferred Premium back-in and pull-through categories join premium buddy and patio tiers, alongside a 400-foot water slide, lazy river, and splash pad. One hundred eight sites span premium, premium buddy, premium with patio back-in, preferred premium back-in, and preferred premium pull-thru categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric with cable TV, sized to 80 feet, with fire pits, picnic tables, and BBQ pits. The buddy sites suit two rigs traveling together. Eighty cabins, cottages, and lodges and 15 tent sites round out the lodging. A general store, laundry, propane fills and exchange, dump station, restrooms, showers, and food trucks handle the practical side. A daily resort fee covers mini-golf, the playground, and the wider amenity program. A 400-foot water slide, lazy river, and splash pad anchor the summer, with an outdoor pool alongside. Will my reservation guarantee a specific campsite or cabin assignment? - We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable lock-in fee. - If you opt out of the lock-in fee, you are guaranteed your selected campsite or cabin type, but not the specific unit number. When is the cheapest time to book? - Visit us in the spring or fall and enjoy reduced rates! - Please keep in mind that activities are limited to weekends only during these times. - Enjoy reduced rates during the week (Sunday-Thursday) all season long! Can I smoke at the Camp-Resort? - Since we are one of the best campgrounds in Maryland for families, smoking, including vaping, of any kind is not permitted in common and indoor areas, including but not limited to the pool area, playgrounds, pavilions, and all buildings. - Smoking is not permitted inside cabins or on cabin porches, but is permitted at cabin sites. - Smoking is permitted at campsites, but must be confined to your designated site. - Smoking of any substances besides tobacco and vaporizers will not be tolerated. - Management reserves the right to fine violators of this policy. What is the extra car policy, and how many can be at one site? - We allow 2 cars per site (both cabin and campsite). - If you have any additional vehicles, you must purchase a $5 car pass and park in our overflow parking lot near the Camp-Resort entrance.

Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in for campsite: 3:00 pm - Check-out for campsite: 1:00 pm - Check-in for cabins: 4:00 pm - Check-out for cabins: 11:00 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Reservation Policies - Specific campsites or cabins may be requested, but are not guaranteed. - We do offer you the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. - If you opt out of the locking fee, you are guaranteed your selected site or cabin type, but not the specific unit number. - We have adopted dynamic rates that fluctuate based on occupancy, similar to the hotel and airline industry. - With that being said, rates vary based on availability and are subject to change with each search. - For a limited time, all future bookings will only require 50% down. - The remaining 50% will be required to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival - 1 camping unit and 2 cars per site; extra vehicles $5, not including day guest vehicles that must park in overflow lot. Age - Must be 21 or older to rent a campsite or a cabin. Wristbands - Wristbands issued upon check-in must be worn at all times to identify you as a registered guest. - These wristbands also serve as your ticket to fun! - They grant you access and use of the park's amenities, activities, and facilities. - You may be turned away from an activity or amenity if a wristband is not present. Flags - The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground: All international flags, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal, or garden. Firearms - Guests must obey all federal, state, and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. - Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. - The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. - The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited. Riding - Please, no bicycle riding after dark; state law requires helmets for all guests 15 and under. - Please do not ride in truck beds, trunks of cars, or along the running boards of vehicles. - Campers may arrive on a motorcycle, but are not permitted to ride the vehicle around the park. Reservation - Sorry, we cannot accept reservations that include a Saturday arrival or departure, unless made within 1 week of booking. - Bookings made during Memorial Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, or - Indigenous Peoples Day Weekend with a Sunday departure date will not be accepted, unless made within 1 week of booking. - Minimum stay requirements may apply during your requested dates. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours: Sunday – Thursday 10 pm-8 am and Friday – Saturday 11 pm-8 am. Campsite Reservations - We do have an early access option beginning at 11 am, but it is available only if the site is vacant (i.e., nobody is in the site before you). - It also involves a fee based on the time of check-in. - Late Check-in: If checking in after the Reservation Station has closed, your site information will be in an envelope by the last name in a black mailbox labeled "registered guests" under the lit-up "late night registration information" sign. - If you need assistance after hours, finding this info or your site, please call the park at 301-223-7117 and press 3 for an in-park emergency. - Early access (before check-in time) does not guarantee the site/cabin will be ready or available at the time of arrival. - Early access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort amenities, which require parking in overflow. - Access is based on availability – please call for info. - We absolutely cannot accommodate access prior to 11 am, so please plan your travel accordingly. - Extended access is available for $10 during non-peak season and $25 during peak season to stay in the park until 6 pm. - Subject to availability. - Extended access (after check-out time) does not guarantee the guest will be able to stay on site until departing from the park. - Extended access only guarantees access to the Camp-Resort and Camp-Resort amenities, which require parking in overflow. - Access is based on availability. - An RV site may be used for tent camping with a maximum of 2 tents OR house a single RV, with a maximum of 8 people per site - We do not offer seasonal campsite or trailer storage. - Minimum stay requirements may apply during your requested dates. - Limit 8 people per site. Rates based on 4 people (4 years old and older). - A max of 2 pets allowed at all RV campsites. - Pets are not allowed on tent sites. - Pets of the registered RV site occupant are welcome, but limited to 2 pets per site. - Guests or visitors may not bring pets with them. - If they arrive with a pet, they will not be permitted to enter the park. - The pet owner is responsible for noise and clean up. - Pets must be kept on a leash and may not be left unattended at the site. - No pets allowed at tent sites. - We reserve the right to remove hostile pets from the parks. - Please view our Pet Waiver. Access is based on availability. - Unless otherwise noted, rates are based on 4 people (4 years old and older). - Tents are not allowed at cabins or cottages. - Minimum stay requirements may apply during your requested dates. - Camping Cabins are subject to 6% tax. - All other cabins are subject to a 12% tax. - Our cabins are non-smoking. An excessive cleaning fee will be assessed if the policy is violated. - Pets are only allowed at pet-friendly cabins, so please request at the time of booking. - For 1 pet, there is a flat fee of $50. For 2 pets, there is a flat fee of $75. - Pet owners are required to bring a crate(s) for their pets and are responsible for pet clean-up and noise control. - For the safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. - We reserve the right to remove hostile and disruptive pets from the park. - Please view our Pet Waiver. Water Attractions and Pool Rules - All persons under the age of 16 must have a supervising companion to be in the pools and within the pool and water attraction area. - “Supervising companion” is understood to mean a person who is responsible for assuring that the child will comply with applicable rules and regulations. - Some pools and attractions may not have a Lifeguard on duty. - Please supervise children at all times and follow all posted signs and rules. - US Coast Guard approved Life Jackets and Puddle jumpers are encouraged for all children 48” or less. - For your safety, all children under the age of 16 are required to have their feet up while in the tubes of the Lazy River. - Campers should not be running or dragging their feet while in the Lazy River to avoid injury. Behavior - We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. - Line jumping, profanity, and unruly behavior are considered offensive behaviors and could result in the guest being ejected from the property without a refund. Dress Code - Proper swim attire is required. - Swim attire must be appropriate for a family environment. - Inappropriate swim attire: Jeans, cut-offs, undergarments, swimwear that is revealing or has messaging that depicts violence, nudity, vulgarity, or discriminatory language or graphics. - Swim attire with buckles, rivets, zippers, or exposed metal, and other sharp objects is not allowed on slides. Outside Food and Beverages - Food, drinks, and coolers are allowed in the waterpark. - Glass, bottles or containers, and alcohol are not permitted. - Food and beverages are not allowed in any pools or spas. Prohibited - Pets are not allowed in the water attractions and pool area, except for working service animals. - Service animals must always be with their handler and may not be in pools or in contact with the water. - Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed in or around the pool area. - Firearms, ammunition, knives, and weapons of any kind are not allowed. - Larger outside flotation devices, including floats and rafts, are not permitted. - Breath-holding games are not permitted in any pools or attractions. Inclement Weather - For your safety, certain pools or attractions may need to close during severe weather, such as electrical storms, heavy rain, or high winds. - If weather causes a closure, every attempt will be made to reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. - Pool decks and cabanas will be cleared, and guests will be asked to remove their personal items and leave the waterpark area. Ride Restrictions - Guests with limited swimming abilities, certain body proportions, certain heights, and/or weights may not be able to enjoy all attractions. - All guests must meet the attraction's requirements to ride. Payment Policy - Payment is due in full at the time of booking. - We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. - Are you struggling to pay in full? Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Refunds are prohibited for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. - Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid, or a reservation credit can be issued towards a future stay to be used within one year from the date the reservation credit was issued. - All refunds processed via credit/debit card will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions. Cabin Cancellation Policy - 3+ weeks: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee per cabin or full refund issued in camp credit - 2+ weeks: 50% of reservations issued in camp credit are valid through the end of the camping season it is issued, and 50% of the reservation forfeited - Less than 2 weeks: Full reservation forfeited - For Group Lodges, Ranger Retreat & Great Escape Lodge: If a reservation is cancelled more than 5 weeks prior to the arrival date, a $50 non-refundable deposit cancellation fee is applied, or a full refund is issued as camp credit. - For a reservation cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to arrival, 50% is issued as camp credit & 50% is forfeited. - For reservations cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, the full reservation is forfeited. - The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e. Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed. Campsite Cancellation Policy - 2+ weeks: Refund minus $25 cancellation fee per campsite OR full refund issued in camp credit - 1+ week: 50% of the reservation issued in camp credit is valid through the end of the camping season it is issued, and 50% of the reservation is forfeited - Less than 1 week: Full reservation forfeited - The cancellation policy shall be amended in the event a natural disaster (i.e. Blizzard, Hurricane, or Tropical Storm Watch/Warning) is issued for the camp-resort area or the guest’s residence within 48 hours of the reservation arrival date OR when there is a mandatory evacuation of the area and the camp-resort will be closed. Change Policy - Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window (2+ weeks) will result in a one-time courtesy change, and every change made thereafter will be charged a $15 service fee. - The guest is responsible for any resultant difference in rates. - Changes made to decrease occupancy or pets resulting in a credit owed will result in the issuance of a Camp Credit. - Camp Credit will remain active on the User Account and will expire one year from issuance. - Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window. No Shows - Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. - No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds. Add-Ons - If a reservation for an Add-on is canceled more than one week prior to the arrival date, we issue Camp Credit for the amount of the Add-on less a $10 cancellation fee per Add-on. - For a reservation canceled less than one week prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to us. - “Add-on” means the use of each additional item of personal property, amenities, or services labeled as “Add-on” on our website or in the reservation or for which a separate charge is made, such as Golf Carts, Water Rentals, Linen Rentals, Cabanas, Fun Pass, and Bear Visits. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
