Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 3 pm.
- Check out time is 11:00 am.
- Check in at the office upon arrival.
- If early check-in is required, please call ahead to check if your site is ready.
- You will be charged the full daily rate if checking in before 12 pm.
- You will be charged $25.00 if you check in early between 12 pm and 3 pm.
- If checking in after office hours, please pick up your check-in packet with your site number and make payment at the kiosk by the front door.
- If checking out after 11 am, you will be charged $40.00 for checkout between 11 am and 2 pm.
- You will be charged the full daily rate if checking out between 2 pm and 3 pm.
- Space must be vacated no later than 3 pm for the next guest.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Sewer Seals
- A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required.
Sites
- Sites are to be kept clean and tidy.
- Area to be presentable at all times.
- No tents allowed in RV sites.
- Tents are only allowed in tent sites (unless prior written agreement is made).
Vehicles
- 1 Car is permitted per site.
- If you have more than 1 car, it must be parked in the guest parking area.
- Additional car parking fee is $15.00/day.
- Speed limit is 5MPH.
- No repairs or washing of vehicles is allowed in the park.
- Motorcycles may be used for ingress and egress only.
- No ATVs allowed.
Pet Policy
- Up to 3 Friendly pets are welcome and must be on a leash at all times.
- Certain breeds are not accepted due to insurance purposes (please call ahead if you have a question about your pet).
- No pet pens.
- Pets are not permitted in buildings or the pool area.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Poop bags are provided at the Pet Park.
- All pets must have proof of current vaccinations.
- Noisy or aggressive pets must be removed from the Park.
- Please do not leave pets unattended at any time or tie pets to the Park trees or fixtures.
- Owners are responsible for the actions of their pets.
Children
- Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to roam the Park grounds and/or facilities unchaperoned.
- Please know where your children are at all times.
Fires/BBQ/Fireworks
- No fireworks allowed.
- BBQ grills are permissible.
Weapons
- No display, discharge, or possession of a gun, knife, or any other weapon is allowed.
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted inside Park buildings.
- Please dispose of your cigarette butts in designated receptacles and not on the Park grounds.
Skate/Skateboards
- Skating and skateboarding are not allowed in the Park.
Parking
- Please do not park in any areas other than those designated for your site or guest parking.
Hook-ups
- Full hook-ups include: water, sewer, and 50/30 AMP services.
- Leaking water will not be tolerated.
Cable Service
- Sorry, no cable is provided in the town of Lemon Cove.
Sanitary Dumping
- No grease, paper, or solids may be deposited into the sewer.
- Dispose of drained and bagged garbage in the provided dumpster.
Wi-Fi
- Limited WiFi available.
Site Location
- We will do our best to accommodate special requests for stays in a specific site, but we can not guarantee a specific site.
Oversize/Jumbo RVs
- If your RV is 37' or larger, or has 2 or more A/C's or high-power-consuming appliances, you may be subject to an additional electrical surcharge ($10/night).
- Please call the office to check that we can accommodate you at this time.
- RV's over 32' need to reserve a 30/ 50 amp site and are not allowed in a partial or 30 amp site.
Initial Deposit
- At the time of booking, $25.00 will be collected.
- Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.
Credit Card Security
- Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
Campground Disclaimer
- Management & owners assume no responsibility/ liability for injury, accidents, or losses that may occur on Park grounds.
- All guests must register upon arrival.
- Help us by understanding and complying with our rules.
- Failure to comply with the above rules may result in immediate eviction.
- Guests are responsible for any/all damage incurred by themselves or their visitors.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- Any reservation (all or part of a reservation) cancelled 24 hours. Or less prior to the scheduled day of arrival(day begins at 12 am), or the customer does not arrive for their reservation, will be considered a "no show" and charged for the full reserved rate for each night for each site reserved, plus the booking fee.
- Any reservation (all or part of the reservation) canceled 24 hours. to 48 hrs. prior to the scheduled day of arrival(day begins at 12 am) will be charged the full reserved rate for the first night plus half of the reserved rate for any remaining nights for each site in the reservation, plus the booking fee.
- Any reservation (all or part of a reservation) canceled 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled day of arrival(day begins at 12 am) will be charged the full reserved rate for the first night, for each site reserved, plus the booking fee.
- All nights reserved under that reservation will be forfeited and subject to re-booking.
- No refunds/credits for early departure for any reason.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
