Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 12pm (noon) - Flexible - Check-out time: 10am - The customer may proceed directly to their site upon arrival. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Cleanliness A $50 clean up fee will be assessed for sites not left in the manner in which they were found. Trash - Please deposit trash in the dumpsters located near the camp ground. Campfires - Permitted in portable fire pits only. - Wood must be free of any hazardous materials such as metal. - No pallets. - Please extinguish upon retiring. Pet Policy - 3 maximum per site. - All pets must be properly licensed & leashed in accordance with City of Jacksonville Ordinance. - All waste must be removed. - Pet are to be kept inside at night, quiet, and not tied to any trees. - Violations may result in ejection from the park without a refund. Occupancy Limitations - Maximum of 6 occupants per site. - Campers under the age of 18 must remain at their campsite and under adult supervision after 10 p.m. - Campsite occupancy is limited to 1 trailer with pull vehicle. - All items must fit on campsite. - Surplus vehicles unable to fit on the campsite must park in the overflow parking areas only, never in vacant sites. - Registered campers are responsible for all group members and visitors at all times. Prohibited - No blow up items, including pools, are permitted in the RV lots. - RV & Car washing are not permitted. - Fireworks, Slingshots, Paint, Pellet, or BB Guns are not permitted. - Hanging anything from trees is prohibited. - Equipment, appliances, tarps, clotheslines, and portable toilets are not allowed. - Swimming and fishing in any of the bodies of water on the property is prohibited. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 10 MPH. - Obey speed limits in all areas. - Excessive speeds and/or careless driving is grounds for ejection without a refund. Wildlife - It is unlawful to disturb and/or harass any wildlife on the property. - If assistance is needed with wildlife, contact the office at: (904) 255-4254. Children - Minors under the age of 18 must have adult supervision at all times.
