Welcome to the RVC online booking experience for Catherine’s Landing. This service is provided for you to make reservations at RVC Outdoor Destination Resorts, LP. By making a reservation using this service, there are some things that you're agreeing to. If you don't agree with them, please do not book any reservations using this service. Check-in time for RV and tent sites is 1:00 pm; cottages or yurts is 4:00 pm. Usage of this Service: By using this service, you're agreeing that: - You are at least 21 years of age - You'll use it in accordance with the Terms and Conditions - You are making a legitimate reservation for you and/or any other person(s) whom you legitimately represent - All info you enter is accurate and complete - RVC reserves the right to deny you access to this service for any reason. - You're making a reservation for a stay that is less than 28 days. If you wish to stay for longer than 28 days, and we would certainly welcome you to, please call Catherine’s Landing at 501.262.2550 to make your arrangements. Disputes - RVC reserves the right to refuse service to any party based upon the laws and regulations of the state in which resort services are delivered; all disputes will be settled out of court and/or through an arbitrator if it becomes necessary. Prohibited Activities - All guests, using this website to make reservations and as a guest at our resorts, are bound by the local laws of the property in which they are booking. RVC reserves all rights. Privacy Policy - As an Innkeeper, RVC holds all guest information as private and does not disclose to others. Additionally, RVC does not share any part of our Guest Database with third parties. Deposits and Cancellations *Please see the Cancellation Policy for terms and conditions for Deposits and Cancellations. Liability Disclaimer - While we try our best, there may be a very limited number of times when the Information published may be inaccurate in terms of pricing and availability, and we can't guarantee the availability of specific sites or services. RVC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that are part of a reservation. If available, we will honor the published price, if it is determined that the pricing error was on the part of RVC and not if a third party publishes unauthorized rates. By accepting the reservation, you agree to these terms and to hold RVC harmless for any personal inconvenience, fees, property damage, or any other claim through your use of Catherine’s Landing. You also agree to indemnify to RVC for any losses, claims, or fees that we may incur because of your use of Catherine’s Landing. You also agree to accept responsibility for any guest you may invite to your site or accommodation, including all guests registered under your name. You agree to abide by all of Catherine’s Landing's Terms and Conditions, and, if you're bringing your pet(s), you agree to abide by Catherine’s Landing's Pet Policy. Rev July 1, 2020 GUIDELINES: - Rates are based on 2-person occupancy. $2 per night for each additional person. - All sites are full hook-ups (30/50 amp): water, sewer, cable, electric, and WiFi - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - During holidays, there is a 3-night minimum and all reservations are non-refundable. These include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day. - Maiden voyage certificates will not be accepted on Friday and Saturday between May 1st through July 31st nor are they accepted on holiday weekends. - August through April, we will accept them Sunday through Thursday.
